Arrival Instructions
After you land, you have two pickup options:
Curbside Pickup: Once you’ve collected your bags, head outside baggage claim and call (206) 787-0201 with your name and the door number you’re standing at. Your driver will be there within minutes.
Meet & Greet (Baggage Claim Pickup): Your chauffeur meets you inside baggage claim, holding a sign with your name, and escorts you directly to your vehicle. This option includes a small additional fee and may involve parking charges, but it’s the smoothest option if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, arriving with family, or simply don’t want to manage the terminal on your own.

Departure Transfers
For departures, we recommend booking your pickup with enough buffer for security and check-in typically 2 hours ahead for domestic flights and 3 hours for international. Your chauffeur will confirm pickup timing with you in advance and adjust if your schedule changes.
Meet & Greet
For a fully guided experience especially useful for families, first-time visitors, or VIP travelers our dedicated VIP Meet & Greet service goes a step further than standard baggage claim pickup, with a greeter who assists with navigation, customs, and a direct escort to your vehicle.
We provide SeaTac airport transportation throughout the greater Seattle area, including downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Tacoma, Everett, and the wider Puget Sound region as well as cruise terminal transfers to Pier 66 and Pier 91 for travelers connecting straight from SEA to an Alaska cruise.
